In order to be able to rent an apartment to you, the following must be done:
- Rental Application: A rental application must be completed. In
processing your application, a background check will be performed, where we
will look at your criminal record and credit report. Everyone that
signs the lease is required to fill out a rental application. The fee
is $15 per application, non-refundable. To download the background

application).
- Lease: A lease contract must be signed. You will have an option
for lease durations.
- Rent and deposit: Before you can move in, we must collect the first
month's rent, last month's rent, and deposit.
